  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to AV equipment and systems, including connectivity issues, equipment malfunctions, and software problems.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

  • Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on AV systems to ensure continued operation and reliability, including software updates and hardware inspections.
  • Upgrades: Implement system upgrades and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and capabilities.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of AV system designs, configurations, installations, and maintenance activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.

Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

  • Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their AV needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure their requirements are met.
