Job Responsibilities
1.Initially responsible for Internal Service Repair and Warranty Parts Orders
2.Responsible for processing and release of spare parts orders for the entire department.
3.Responsible for coordinating with HQ(UAE) for spare parts stock/logistic.
4.Communicates with customers and ensures proper processing of payment, release of parts and shipping if required.
5.Coordinates with Spare Parts Dealers and Supports them in terms of Order Release, and timely Payments to promote better business
6.Explains clearly to customer how Spare Parts Business and Process works to ensure smooth business
7.Coordinates with Warehouse responsible to release parts on a timely manner.
8.Works closely with customer and DKSA Finance to ensure payment terms are followed.
9.Understands and accurately quotes the correct parts needed by the customer
10.Responsible for tracking and maintaining all parts orders for the entire KSA, making sure that all orders are tracked and shipped to customers on-time
11.Responsible for correctly shipping and selling parts to customers
12.Completes customer complaints with the right approach and solutions
13.Flexible to work overtime and possible travel assignments within Saudi Arabia.
14.Able to write and generate reports in MS Excel, Word and Power point Timely, Committed and Professional in handling complaints with the clear goal of attending and resolving customer complaints at the soonest possible time
15.Ensures that committed monthly target is achieved by ensuring timely availability and release of parts.


Job Requirements


1.At least 3 years of experience working as Spare Parts Coordinator
2.Knowledge of Saudi Arabian Regulations on Spare Parts Shipments and Customs Clearance
3.Excellent Time Management and Business Understanding (Payment Terms)
4.Knowledge in Warehousing and Stock Management and moving shipments
5.Good verbal and written communication skill in English / Arabic
6.Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word & Power Point
7.Excellent Conduct, Timeliness and Professionalism
8.Possesses a good sense of customer satisfaction
9.Graduate with at least Certificate or Diploma on Business or HVAC Course
10.Bachelor’s Degree of any discipline is a plus
