Solution Operations Director - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
· Define and implement the strategic vision for the Solutions Operations function, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
· Manage Solutions Operations department's budgeting cycle and provide input to the overall budgeting process for the special projects.
· Review the effectiveness of the Solutions Operations department with respect to budget utilization, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
· Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and processes to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IT solutions.
Profile
A successful Solution Operations Director should have:
A strong academic background in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering.12 to 15 years of overall experience with 4 years' Experience in Managerial role Proven leadership and management skills.A deep understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.Strong strategic planning abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.The ability to drive continuous improvement within a technology team.
