Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the
company’s/customer objectives and drive efficient software project delivery.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to increase
efficiency and effectiveness in software development and deployment.
Manage and mentor operations staff, fostering a collaborative
environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
Manage and monitor different levels of support and operation including
multi-layers operation escalation within/outside the operation team.
Develop and control the operational budget to ensure it aligns with
business strategies and financial goals.
Manage Operation and support teams in terms of allocation, utilization
and time consumption including the reporting to company/customer management.
Managing and monitoring helpdesk and/or issue tracking systems, and
generate the performance tracking reports.
Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to
minimize impact on the organization.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of operational issues.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the
effectiveness of operational processes and implement improvements as needed.
Ensuring that the technological resources meet the company's short and
long-term needs.
Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all
technological services.
Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological
requirements.
Oversee project management frameworks and tools to ensure software
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Following up all technical assignments and ensure that all projects
going on the right track.
Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support
of organization mission and specifically, supporting better management
reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 10 - 15 years in software
development or a related tech field.
Demonstrated leadership in
managing large-scale and nationwide software projects.
Advanced problem-solving
skills and the ability to manage complex project requirements.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to lead diverse teams.
High proficiency in
budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
Proven ability to manage
complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
