Configure and use of monitoring services. Ideally 3+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level virtual assistant of medium to high level complexity. Ability to understand customers requirements/problem statements and apply the solutions. Experience in Agile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshoot and provide solution with Google Dialogflow. Experience with supporting various applications and some flavor of JavaScript, MongoDB knowledge or other NoSQL database skills. Experience with Linux/Unix and shell scripting. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and browsers. Experience with containerization platforms like Openshift. Strong problem-solving skills. Ownership of problems and following them through in an end-to-end manner. Coordinate with other support teams to solve issues.Category
