Job Description
We are seeking a talented Joget Developer with a strong understanding of Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing low code/no code solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop, customize, and implement low code/no code solutions using Low Code platforms such as [Joget, OutSystems, etc.]. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Design, build, and maintain applications, workflows, and integrations within low code/no code platforms. Customize and extend platform functionality using Java and other programming languages as needed. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions. Document technical specifications, configurations, and implementation details. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams during all phases of the project lifecycle. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in low code/no code development and Java programming.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Desired: Master's degree or relevant certifications in low code/no code platforms
Additional Information
Experience:
Minimum: Proven experience minimum 2 years developing applications using low code/no code platforms. Desired: 3+ years of experience with Joget or similar platforms, experience in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Relevant certifications in low code/no code platforms are desirable. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines Familiarity with cloud integration and DevOps practices
