Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms ( Instagram, ticktock, Snap).
Create and schedule engaging posts that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and interaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media presence.
Brand and Community Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive media coverage.
Develop community engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Work with cross-functional teams to align communications with overall business goals and objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, content, and communications efforts.
Use data to make informed recommendations for improving engagement and brand positioning.
Requirements: 2 Years experience in Marketing as Social Media skill set Proven experience in social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
