• Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with our brand goals and objectives
• Create and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) on a regular basis
• Manage and maintain all social media accounts and platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries and concerns
