SMP Planner - Scheduling Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy in the Oil & Energy sector, is seeking an experienced SMP Planner - Scheduling Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules for SMP (Structural, Mechanical, and Piping) work. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines align with strategic goals, and timely delivery of milestones.

• Develop and maintain SMP project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software.
• Analyze the project schedules and identify any potential risks or delays.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to gather project data.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Identify critical paths and recommend corrective actions for schedule adherence.
• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to schedule optimization discussions.
• Ensure that all scope changes are incorporated into the schedule.
