SMP Payroll Specialist - Saudi Nationals Only
Job Description
Process & validate the payroll system, and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, deductions...) are entered and updated on the system. Audit and coordinate reconciliation of deductions reports Ensure accurate and on-time submissions of all JVs to Finance Department. Respond to and resolve employee questions and issues related to payroll Prepare & submit reports related to payroll (include Analytical Reports) Respond promptly to all payroll requests internally and externally Assist in special projects upon required. Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures. Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. Assist in special projects upon required Prepare and deliver HR Letters.
Personal Skills
Good English Language Level (writing & speaking). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy for employees' needs and concerns. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management skills and excellent customer-focused attitude. Very Good analytical skills
Technical Skills
• New insurance laws knowledge is a must.
• Excellent Excel knowledge.
• Previous experience working on Power BI is preferred.
• Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
