Responsible of overseeing all the logistics of a construction project, creating work schedules for the teams, and allocating responsibilities. Conduct site visits and report to project Managers on project progress.
Designs construction projects by studying project concepts, M&E drawings, architectural & Civil drawings and models
Prepares Engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and related topographical, geologic data in addition to Hydraulic profiling
Determines project costs by calculating labor, material and related costs
Prepares Optimization study by analyzing engineering design in order to reach an optimized cost according to the required specifications
Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules
Confirms adherence to construction specifications & safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements
Maintains project database by entering data; completing backups and proper filing system to enable easy access to all sort of documents
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
