Site Engineer civil

Job Summary: The Site Engineer - Civil is responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Supervision:

• Supervise daily construction activities, including site preparation, earthworks, structural works, and finishing activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship and materials conform to project requirements.
• Implement corrective actions and quality improvement measures as necessary.

1. Schedule and Progress Monitoring:

• Monitor project progress and schedule milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

1. Safety Management:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams on engineering issues and challenges.

• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to project managers and stakeholders.
