Job Purpose
Responsible for Fit-Out Site the works and activities related, ensures that the fit-out process meets design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Accountability Areas
Project Management:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
Site Supervision:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that fit-out works are carried out according to design plans and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Material Management:
- Assist in selecting and procuring materials required for fit-out projects, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of any issues encountered.
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting any challenges and resolutions.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members to ensure project success.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct safety audits and implement necessary safety measures.
