As a HTC Sales Expert, you will responsible for the complete day-to-day operation of the Showroom and Villa sales department.


Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • Responsible for maximizing showroom and villa sales and profitability.
  • Ensures that all customers are provided with excellent customer service.
  • Responsible and accountable to increase the footfall to the showroom by direct visit to the site such as villa owners.
  • To lead the showroom in achieving the budgets and/or other set of objectives.
  • Strive Showroom & villa sales by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer projects needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly.
  • Promote quality and value selling to the customers. Responsible for targets with respect to revenue, gross profits and with a key focus on promoting/upselling the key product categories.
  • Formulating strategies to increase the footfalls to the showroom.
  • Prepare and submit MMR reports.
  • Regulate Showroom inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Build good relations with potential and existing clients comprising of mainly Jeddah villa customers, paint applicators and BTL customers.
  • Executing the customer satisfaction survey to measure the satisfaction of the walk in customers
  • Extensive use of Hempel sales tools in order to carry out the sales job efficiently and effectively, this includes optimum use of CRM opportunity management to report the business pipeline, lead generations, update client data base, registering daily sales activities.


The role will be based in Jeddah will report into the Trade Sales Manager.
