· Enable Sales Team to act as a first-class ambassador of the brand – proactively follows the Sales Process / Methodology.

· Train Sales team about new kitchen designs / features and appliances
· Secure maximum turnover to the company and avoid approaches by suppliers to gain business through company client contacts.
· Jump in sales process where salesperson come to the limit in client negotiations, act as higher authority, by doing so underline importance of client relationship.
· Make provisions to apply the sales budget, monitor the showroom performance, discuss corrective action if required.
· Make any walk-in customer to the showroom seating with the Sales team desk.
· Active monitor updates about kitchen and appliance displays in showroom, make sure discontinued kitchen are being removed, check with Appliance Department to only have appliance on stock displayed.
· Secure promotion material and promotion sign boards are installed in timely manner, Sales Team is aware about details of the promotion.
· Make random check on measurement and kitchen design in cooperation with salesmen.
· Secure technical precise and complete Purchase Order documentation, establish review routine of the same to avoid time intense and costly revision later – keep the quality zoom on this matter with salesmen.
· Establish best practice review – remind every Salesperson about the key elements to successfully close a contract (Sales Methodology) –
· Conduct regular coaching and training sessions (daily, weekly monthly to remind sales team about sales methodology
· Revisit showroom outlook and design details, discuss possible changes with sales team.
· Secure collection of contact details of walk-in customers who do not spend time to receive kitchen design – to allow follow up marketing activity.
· Check on follow up activity by each Salesperson – help to focus on follow up.
· Make sure showroom is in best condition, clean, tidy, all kitchen displays 100% well installed.
· Secure compliance to monthly store checklist carried out by Line Management
· Secure proper documentation of the (down-) payment process, especially on full customer details on checks collected. Complete customer file and secure proper filing in showroom premisses.
· Secure complete customer file and proper filing, e.g., secure all signature are being collected.
· Maintain petty cash, secure expenditure record, and send regularly to finance.
· Take strict measures to avoid the approach of salesmen of suppliers to gain business through company salesmen, especially appliances suppliers.
· Contribute to the development of company vision, mission, and corporate strategy, to ensure company maximises its short, medium, and long-term profitability and returns to its shareholders.
· Contribute to the translation of company’s overarching strategy into business plans for the function and ensure that the performance is effectively monitored and managed in order to achieve COMPANY and the function strategic objectives.
· Monitor that team is following the policies & procedure in their dealings.
· Ensure that there is an appropriate internal control framework in place within the Company to effectively manage Key Business Risks.

· PC affine, working on different Windows Pc based systems.
· SAP Business One experience would help, 3D Design software experience desired.
· Advanced windows Office user
