+ Contribute / implement the company Safety, Health & Environmental policies, processes, and procedures.
+ Conduct Job Hazard Analyses, Internal Inspections and audits, and incident investigations. Close contact with shopfloor levels to promote zero accident mindset through available systems in the factory
+ Ensure compliance with machine safeguarding, Control of Hazardous Energy (LOTO), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
+ Develop and implement emergency procedures and train employees on emergency response.
+ Conduct confined space entry, electrical safety, and hot work permits.
Academic Experience: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. Associates Degree (required) in Safety Management or other related field. Operational Experience: 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: + Bilingual Arabic/English
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations (ISO, OSHA etc.).
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to effectively train and communicate safety information to diverse audiences.
