Job Description Location: Riyadh · Deliver the theoretical and practical training products at any nominated and approved location, striving to ensure that BAESSDT meets customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPI) and targets. To be at a constant standard as required by BAE Systems and Ministry of HR & SD. · Create training materials for their classes based on their client's requirements. These materials may include hands-on training modules or book-related learning and tests. · Safety trainers hold sessions with our client's employees to map the training materials and training requirements. · Arrange and manage training classes, catering, venues and other training requirements. · Arrange and manage first aid training and train the trainer requirements registration and maintaining the qualification. · Ensure that the BAE Systems SDT Business Management System & Safety, Health and Environment requirements are applied and implemented · Assists in decisions on matters of curriculum development & training resources, manning requirements, safety requirements and technical facility. · Candidates must be able to demonstrate they have the appropriate qualifications and experience and are eligible to register with the MHRSD as either an Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner or as a Professional as per the requirements of Ministerial Decision 76509. · The SHE instructor must have technical knowledge of a sufficient level and depth to enable the delivery of the SHE training materials. · Preferable to have Aerospace Environment experience.
