Job Description Location: Riyadh · Develop, review, and maintain SHE Standards, policies and procedures and arrangements within the QMS to meet business requirements. · Develop, maintain and ensure delivery of the SHE Management System across the business incorporating SHE requirements to meet the needs of the business and to ISO 45001 standards and ISO 14001. · Ensure that mandatory training requirements are monitored and achieved by members of BAES SDT staff. · Liaise with internal and external Regulators/Authorities/BAESSA on behalf of the business on all safety related requirements/issues. · Maintain up to date knowledge on industry SHE best practices and communicate these through the organisation. · C andidates must be able to demonstrate they have the appropriate qualifications and experience and are eligible to register with the MHRSD as either an Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner or as a Professional as per the requirements of Ministerial Decision 76509. · The SHE Coordinator must have technical knowledge of a sufficient level and depth to enable support to all aspects of the business they are deployed in. · Technical experience should include manufacturing, multi-site, contractor management, leisure facilities, and hazardous substances - desirable for specific aviation industry, military engineering, systems support and support services experience at a practical and operational level. · The SHE Coordinator must be able to influence at all levels within the organisation; therefore, in addition to technical knowledge certain key behavioural competencies are required: · Communications skills · Influencing skills · Seeking information · Analytical skills · IT skills
