ServiceNow Technical Architect

Salt is currently representing a global services provider that works with the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations to build their digital core. This ServiceNow Elite Partner is going through a period of really exciting growth having recently brought on projects and have a very strong pipeline heading into 2025! Due to this they are urgently looking for ServiceNow Technical Architects!

Due to their customer demand – you MUST be Arabic speaking.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scoped applications that will utilize all of the ServiceNow’s platform functionality.
• Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services with ServiceNow; MID server, web services (REST), and SSH actions.
• Be a lead contributor on how ServiceNow can be used to integrate to new and existing technologies.
• Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)
• Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
• Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years ServiceNow experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Native Arabic Speaker
• ServiceNow Industry solutions experience in FS, Government and Healthcare is highly desirable
