Job Description
Service & Solutions Delivery Specialist - Parts Logistics -Saudi Arabia
Handling reverse logistics activities and daily business activities.
Your role:
Manage the part returns, inventory, stock levels, stock discrepancy Flowing up the customs processes and transportation processes Prevents unnecessary stock holding and buildup of stock levels Manage and control the Parts returns process and performance, 1st level escalation owner related to parts returns and assist with higher escalation levels Manage tools calibrations, including PO/ invoicing with vendors DEFOA reporting, analyzing and share findings with markets E2E Ownership of Quarter /Year End Stock Counts Identify and investigate logistics issues, take corrective actions and solve timely by collaborating with stakholders Supporting Forward Logistics and Turkiye , G/L operations, if needed
You're the right fit if:
1. Preferably experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services,
2. Attention to detail and financial facts,
3. Excellent communication skills & high ownership,
4. Bachelor’s degree,
5. Fluency in Turkish, English both verbal and written, Arabic is preferable
6. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software (Excel, Power Point, Word)
7. Working days from Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
