Job summary



We are seeking an experienced Service Line Specialist with demonstrable experience in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role requires proficiency in the ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities



Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring a seamless process. Provide exceptional client service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals for the company. Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities. Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications



Demonstrable experience in Sales and Marketing. Experienced in Sales/Pre-Sales for developing and implementing ServiceNow enabled solutions Experience in working with ServiceNow, ServiceNow Partners and alliances. Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Show a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Display strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Have the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals. Exhibit leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior team members. Show proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations. Have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Display a deep understanding of market research and business development. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and insights.
