Job Objective:
The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive organic traffic. Key responsibilities include keyword research, content optimization, link building, and data analysis to improve search engine rankings and site performance. The role also involves managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
SEO Research: Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities and avoid duplication or cannibalization of efforts.
Technical SEO: Recommend technical fixes to the development team, optimize site architecture, improve crawling functions, and enhance site infrastructure for SEO performance.
On-Page SEO: Optimize web pages, metadata, internal links, tagging, structured data, and page speed in collaboration with the development team and CMS.
Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement white-hat link-building and digital PR strategies with internal and external partners.
Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics, monitor program performance, and prepare actionable insights to improve SEO performance continuously.
Project Management: Manage SEO-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Collaboration: Communicate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in across cross-functional teams (development, UX, digital ops, marketing).
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SEO with both technical and content focus.
Demonstrated success in achieving measurable SEO improvements.
Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMRush, Google Analytics, Search Console), CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Experience in the loyalty and fintech industry is a plus.
