Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and iterative improvements.
- Ensure consistent application of design patterns, guidelines, and visual standards across all platforms (web, mobile, and desktop).
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure feasibility.
- Present and communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead brainstorming and design critique sessions to foster team collaboration and creativity.
Prototyping & Testing:
- Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with users and stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively refine designs.
- Leverage data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimize design solutions for better user engagement.
- Proven experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design and visual problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with front-end development principles.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
Bachelor: Computer Science or similar
