SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER

The Senior Technical Engineer will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of SNG production, distribution, and utilization projects. As the client-facing representative for Chinese-speaking partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical guidance for the design, development, and implementation of SNG projects, ensuring high performance and compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Chinese partners, facilitating effective communication and managing client relationships to ensure project success.
• Understand and interact with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring that technical requirements and updates are accurately conveyed between teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and technical milestones.
• Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the design, production, and distribution phases.
• Ensure that all SNG projects adhere to local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Work to optimize processes and improve the efficiency of SNG production and distribution systems.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in the energy, gas, or chemical sectors, with direct involvement in SNG or related technologies.
• Fluent in English and capable of understanding spoken Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of synthetic natural gas production processes and equipment.
• Experience working in a client-facing technical role, particularly with international partners.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing technical projects within timelines and budgets.
