Job Purpose:
Architectural Coordination & Technical Support for Contracting Activities across all concurrent projects. To Ensure Client Satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements within project budget.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Materials Technical Selection & Coordination with Suppliers and Subcontractors.
2. Shopdrawings generation and coordination between all disciplines.
3. Technical coordination for Finishes Mockup & workmanship Benchmark.
4. Generating LOD 400 Revit models & upgrading elements data to LOD 500.
5. Using BIM tools and procedures for computer generated quantities [Revit + Navisworks 5D].
Job Authorities:
Number of Positions Managed/Supervised (do not include external contacts)
Scalable as per company & projects requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills (ideally required)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of Architectural Engineering, or Fine Arts with Architectural Major.
Proficiency in Using Computer Software (Revit, Navisworks, 3D Max, Photoshop, Vary, Cinema 4D, Escape, Synchro, etc...)
Experience:
3+ Years of experience in Architectural operations, contractor side.
Skills:
Architectural Shop drawings generation, Tiles Cutting optimization, Scheduling using AutoCAD, Revit & Excel.
Ability for self-learning.
