We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and attracting top talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment and excellent sourcing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective job advertisements.
Utilize various sourcing channels to identify proactively and engage with potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and coordinating feedback from interviewers.
Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions and proactively network with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters, including job market trends, salary benchmarking, and interview techniques.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate data, generate reports, and analyze recruitment metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian job market, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
