  • Major recruitment, MIS reports, etc. Oversee recruitment comprehensively and target the best core employee talent.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of the recruitment department including work by recruitment to suit managers' objectives.

  • Quality assurance of submitting CVs of candidates to thermal departments within a specified period of time.

  • Ensuring safeguards for historical documents as per company policy/procedures, ISO standards and Saudi Labor Law.
  • Achieve departmental objectives and various KPIs relevant to the recruitment department and report monthly to HR Directors and HR Directors for review.
  • Participate in the internal audit of the court and ensure availability of recruitment archives and audit team.
  • Improve corrective and preventive measures for non-conformance issues.
  • Identification of non-data related records for SAP as well as weekly backup for availability of historical reports.
  • Responsibilities of the quality management system, environmental management, and labor (mandatory for all employees)
