• 8+ years of experience in IT, including business analysis, system development, IT operations, and project management. 
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience in IT service management.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, process modelling, and solution design.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
