  • Manage Oracle Database Administration tasks, including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
  • Support the deployment and management of Customs systems, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business support teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical problems, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage deployments of new systems and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
  • Mentor and train junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of various systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices related to Routing & Switching, Oracle DBA, and Customs systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
