Job Brief:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Specialist to join our dynamic Fleet Engagement & Partnerships team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with key fleet partners, driving strategic partnerships, and maximizing fleet business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic fleet partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new fleet partners, including corporate accounts, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Manage existing fleet relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key fleet partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts: Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Develop and implement fleet engagement programs: Create and execute programs to attract and retain our fleet, such as exclusive offers, loyalty programs, creating events, and incentive schemes.
- Analyze fleet performance data: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet business, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends: Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize fleet strategies.
