Senior Specialist Design - Racecourse / Equestrian - CDU 308

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company in the region, specializing in the development of transformative entertainment and leisure destinations. We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist Design - Racecourse / Equestrian to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the design development of Equestrian initiatives that align with our ambitious vision, supporting our commitment to creating vibrant and sustainable communities.

• Assist in managing the design, scope, and deliverables for various assets.
• Support detailed reviews of stage submissions for architectural and related packages.
• Aid in BIM management, model reviews, and coordinate technology workstreams with design managers.
• Help prepare schedules and area programs.
• Collaborate with other QIC departments and teams, including strategy, city planning, land development, commercial, and other Qiddiya teams as needed.
• Facilitate coordination with external stakeholders.
• Assist in creating presentations for upper management and committees with design and development managers.
• Provide limited support in preparing scopes and procuring consultants, specialists, and contractors.
• Compile long and short lists for consultants.
• Lead data collection and research efforts.
• Assist in preparing design-related reports, including standards, guidelines, design briefs, and benchmarks.
