Senior Security Manager (RES1)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Security Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive security strategies across our groundbreaking entertainment and leisure destination. This role is pivotal in ensuring the protection of physical and digital assets, the safety of employees and guests, and the resilience of security infrastructure across all aspects of the project.

As a key leader, you will drive the planning, coordination, and implementation of security best practices, overseeing risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and infrastructure security. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of security measures across our residential, retail, hospitality, office, and entertainment assets, reinforcing Qiddiya’s commitment to delivering a safe and secure world-class destination.

• Security Infrastructure Development: Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of Delta B Security infrastructure, including both primary and secondary networks, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Technical and Commercial Assessment: Review, assess, and provide expert input on security infrastructure plans within the Detailed Master Plan, ensuring constructability, cost efficiency, and alignment with security best practices.
• Design Coordination: Ensure security infrastructure designs are technically sound, fully integrated with other disciplines, and proactively address any coordination concerns across engineering, operations, and technology teams.
• Integration with District Assets: Lead the security infrastructure assessment process to ensure seamless integration with residential, retail, hospitality, office, leisure, and entertainment assets.
• Design Review and Compliance: Monitor and track design review comments, ensuring all feedback is incorporated into design proposals and aligned with security, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Concept Development: Develop high-level security infrastructure concepts and blueprints for interim development stages, balancing innovation with feasibility.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide structured feedback and guidance to consultants, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring security infrastructure projects adhere to predefined standards and strategic objectives.
