Job Purpose

Responsible for design, implementation, and ongoing enhancements. Collaborates with business stakeholders to define processes and system improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Gather requirements, configure, test, and implement changes, leveraging deep expertise in the SAP module.




Key Accountability Areas

Operational Support:


  • Demonstrates deep expertise in modeling standards and tools.
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and implementing changes.
  • Accountable for timely delivery, meeting defined standards, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating effectively within the team.
  • Strong knowledge of End-to-End Production Planning and technical proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 8.0 (S/4HANA experience is advantageous).
  • Extensive experience with Hybris, C4C, and BTP.
  • Solid experience in SAP integration with ABAP, PP, MM, and FICO.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration methodologies, including BAPIs, ALE/IDOCs, JDBC, PI, and EDI.

Applications changes Documentation:


  • Produce high-quality functional documentation for all customizations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, documentation standards, and knowledge transfer protocols.

Coaching and Mentoring:


  • A collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Effectively communicates task status, raises risks and dependencies in a timely manner.
  • Cultivates a culture of innovation and maintains strong, positive relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering continuous improvement and positive feedback.


Role Accountability

HR Proficiency:


  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.

Delivery:


  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:


  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:


  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:


  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Safety:


  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.


Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field
