The SAP Functional Manager FICO is responsible to analysis, design, configuration and support of SAP FICO areas to meet the business needs of Rezayat group of companies. Working in liaison with management, ERP team and BPO’s to deliver, maintain and troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionalities.
The FICO functional manager adds value through their knowledge of the FICO module and knowledge of its integration with other modules as well as by leading and guiding team members. He will also be responsible for standardizing business processes, ensuring segregation of duties and establishing appropriate controls.
Furthermore, he will provide guidance to support team in end‐user support, service incidents/problem resolution. 1. The Consultant leads the implementation, testing and support of SAP FICO module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance.
2. Handle presentations to management, BPOs, functional team and involve in discussions, to ensure leading conclusive decisions and agreements
3. Review existing business process of group companies and support partners in mapping SAP functionalities, considering the accounting standards (IFRS, SOCPA) and best practices
4. Gather requirements and understanding integration points between finance and other business areas to ensure successful implementation for all group companies
5. Ensure legal and management reports being generated in SAP, for all group companies
6. Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
7. Provide guidance on technical feasibility of proposed solutions and recommend best solutions.
8. Manage SAP roll-outs to group companies finance, controlling modules and ensure integration with other modules
9. Review and manage process documentation for FICO processes & tasks
10. Responsible for SAP group level consolidations (|BPC) and elimination of cross company transactions
11. Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project activities planned.
12. Other duties as required including international travel
