An exciting opportunity awaits! We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Specialist to join a top regional F&B client in Riyadh.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead catering and events sales, using your expertise to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a proven record of success in catering and events sales.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for catering and events services, targeting corporate clients, event planners, and individuals planning special occasions.
• Identify and prioritize prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts, and develop tailor sales pitches and proposals to meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and sales collateral to support sales efforts and generate leads.
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our catering and events services and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and key metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director on progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our catering and events services and expand our client base.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering and events sales or a related field, with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport, negotiating effectively, and influencing key decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
