ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Tiran real estate sales strategy to generate leads and close deals.
ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement effective and targeted sales strategies.
- Set, monitor and report on sales goals and objectives.
- Submit and manage budgets, forecast revenue projections, report on performance.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Organize and attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.
Leadership
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Ensure that all stakeholder engagement activities comply with the relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Utilize data analytics to drive strategies and decisions.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager for min. 10 years.
- Demonstrated track records in closing luxury real estate sales.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinker.
- Strong marketing acumen and ideal experience.
- Ability to develop and implement effective and targeted sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sales pipeline and performance metrics monitoring and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of the Saudi and/or Gulf real estate market is a plus.
- Multilingual is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
