We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive with a specialized background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supply and expertise in mechanical and rotating equipment.
This role requires a seasoned professional with over 5 years of direct outdoor sales experience with Saudi Aramco and its refineries in Jubail, the Eastern Province, and the Western Region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Aramco’s Approved Vendor List (AVL), the oil and gas market, and the ability to meet upstream and downstream material requirements during critical shutdown periods.
Sales & Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at Saudi Aramco, including procurement officers, maintenance teams, and engineers, particularly focusing on Aramco-approved mechanical and rotating equipment vendors.
Expertise in MRO Supply: Demonstrate strong expertise in MRO supplies, ensuring high-demand products are available and in line with Aramco’s fast-moving and critical operational needs.
Mechanical & Rotating Equipment Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical and rotating equipment requirements, providing technical insights and solutions to meet Aramco’s standards and maintenance schedules.
Compliance with Aramco Standards & AVL: Ensure all supplied materials and equipment meet Aramco standards and are listed on the Approved Vendor List (AVL), managing compliance across all stages of the supply chain.
On-Site Support & Service: Deliver ongoing, high-quality support directly at client sites, maintaining a proactive approach to addressing client issues and meeting immediate supply or service demands.
Market Insight & Strategic Planning: Leverage extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas market to identify new opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute strategically to sales goals and customer engagement strategies.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience within Saudi Arabia's Oil & Gas sector, focusing on MRO supplies, mechanical, and rotating equipment, with a proven record of working with Aramco and its refineries.
Aramco Approved Vendor List (AVL): Extensive experience with the Aramco AVL, with demonstrated success in navigating vendor requirements and managing compliance.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of upstream and downstream material requirements, particularly during shutdowns, and the capacity to anticipate and meet these needs.
Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within Aramco and associated oil and gas networks.
Service-Oriented Approach: Strong commitment to providing responsive, on-site client support, with a proactive attitude to problem-solving and customer service.
