As a Senior Sales Executive you shall be responsible in managing and growing strategic accounts, typically involving Decorative Projects segment. The primary role is to drive business growth by providing customized coating solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Here are some key responsibilities to look forward to


  • Main point of contact for our - ATL customers in Riyadh, and develop long term relationships with major accounts.


  • Work closely with tier-1 contractors, reflect our professional image, and develop the certified applicators for ensuring proper execution of Hempel material as per the company’s recommendations.


  • Work with the customers head-quarters in Riyadh to provide the required assistance to the mega-projects across the country (such as NEOM, Entertainment cities, Airports, and other Saudi 2030 vision projects).


  • Ensure achievement and execution of business targets in terms of volume, value and profitability.


  • Provide technical specifications and commercial quotations.


  • Actively focus on introduction and launch of new products, PFP, Flooring.


  • Liaise with customer service on order and pricing strategies and with logistic teams on product forecasting to ensure a high service level to the customers.


  • Lead working capital through active management of account receivables.


  • Ensure all activities are regularly updated in the CRM, and all opportunities are adequately followed up on.


  • Develop and communicate strategic sales plans to grow market share and sales.


The role will be based in Riyadh (KSA) and reports into Project Sales Manager.


Furthermore, we expect that you have


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.


  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX).


  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability, to communicate in  Arabic.


  • Highly customer focused.


  • Excellent negotiations skills.


  • Ability to create short term sales results and long term customer relationships.


  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
