Proven track record of experience as a Senior Manager on large capital projects with solid expertise in Engineering and Marina Project Management
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards pertinent to the discipline
Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction
Sound Experience in the Management of multiple Contractors during Design, Design/Build, Construction phases or via other contractual models
Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills to monitor and handle multiple projects at the same time, balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines.
Strong communication skills including presentations and reporting.
High resilience, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to create a team culture of camaraderie, integrity and trust, among multination and multicultural teams.
Shall be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
