In the role of Senior Project Manager - Interiors, you will guide projects from conception through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Your expertise in interior design and project management will ensure successful collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, driving project success and exceeding client expectations.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end process of interior design projects, ensuring compliance with project goals, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to create innovative design concepts that meet functional and aesthetic criteria.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality assurance, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients and team members to provide progress updates, gather feedback, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Review and approve design proposals, materials, and finishes, ensuring alignment with client visions and project objectives.
• Develop risk assessment and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation to stakeholders, including financial performance and project milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in project delivery.
