Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
Contributes individually to the achievement of functional or business targets by applying professional expertise; usually reports to a Team Leader, Manager or Head (as a Professional), and to Manager or Heads (as an Expert).
According to the Siemens Management System, Professionals also may have functionally and timely restricted management responsibility which results either from an employee's assignment to an operational / specialist function that has cross-Siemens responsibility - e.g. Technology - or from an employee's assignment to a company function that has the authority to issue instructions in functional matters - for example Finance and Controlling.
•Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
•Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
•Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
•Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
•Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
•Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
•Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
•Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
•Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
•Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
•Reaching and improving portfolio objectives: sales and sales forecast, one timely delivery, gross margin, cash collection, customer satisfaction,
•Enforcing EHS
•Coordinating with Technical teams on-shore and off-shore to allocate resources, manage risks and clarify technical issues 
•Managing a Junior Project Manager and a Procurement Coordinator and developing their competencies to perform key tasks and achievements 
•Facilitating and developing the business by improving customer intimacy, giving updates on the local market intelligence and coordinating with Tender and commercial services during tendering stages
•Supporting for Closing out old projects in the portfolio
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
•Degree in Engineering or similar.
•Strong multitasking abilities.
•Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
•A sound understanding of EHS protocols.
•Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Preferred PMI-PMP, PMI-SP, IPMA
