Senior Project Manager - Real Estate and Property - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Project Planning:Develop and maintain project plans, including time-lines, budgets, and resource allocation.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with team members and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are managed.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
Profile
Senior Project Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
10-12 years experience in project management ideally within real estate developmentProven experience leading complex projects from conception to completionExcellent communication and leadership skillsSkilled in building relationships with stakeholdersBachelor's Degree is a requirement, Master's Degree is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable
