KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure
•
Liaise with Channel partners, End-users to ensure the pre-requisites for
a successful solution delivery.
•
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
•
Co-ordinate with Technical Team, Sales Team, Offering Team and Back
Office Engineering teams to arrange NPI and new features required for the
Region.
•
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and
deliverables
•
Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
•
Coordinate project team members and stakeholders
•
Provide guidance and support to project management professionals
•
Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date •
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
•
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
YOU MUST HAVE
•
Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles
•
Prior experience in a senior project management role
•
Strong knowledge and experience in Physical Security domain (Access,
CCTV, Intrusion), Fire, BMS / HVAC systems.
•
Strong leadership and team management skills
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•
Proficient in project management software and tools
•
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
