Job Description Summary The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of engineering projects, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, resolving issues or roadblocks, ensuring projects adhere to all relevant engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures, presenting regular project status reports to management, providing technical expertise and problem.-solving support as needed, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving implementation.

Identify and recommend innovative solutions and technologies to improve practices and procedures

Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and milestones
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Monitor and report on project progress budget and resource utilization
Review and validate engineering designs drawings and specifications
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
Ensure design compliance with relevant codes standards and regulations
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback for design improvements
Prepare procurement documents Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers based on technical capabilities cost and delivery schedules Coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment and materials
Oversee and coordinate construction activities onsite Ensure construction quality and adherence to safety protocols
Resolve technical issues and fieldrelated problems during construction Conduct site inspections and reviewing contractor work
Maintain accurate project records including meeting minutes submittals and progress reports Prepare and present periodic project status updates to stakeholders

Minimum Education Required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Professional Certifications Required Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
Years of Experience Minimum 8 years of related experience.
