The Purpose of the Role


As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Riyadh, you will lead and manage engineering programs within the building automation industry. Your role will involve defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align projects with business goals and customer requirements. By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery. Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets will help maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise in identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery will contribute to successful project outcomes.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects within the building automation industry, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage engineering Salamtek program within the building automation industry and have experience with products across Fire / Security / BMS.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams like R&D, co-ideation, factories, ISC and Engineering.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
    Responsible for managing key clients and build relationships with critical regulatory authorities like MOI, MOH, NHC, Roshn, Civil Defense
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12 – 15 + years of experience in engineering program management within the building automation industry (Fire / Security / BMS)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Corporate background so well versed in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
