Who You Are

We’re seeking a dynamic and organized Senior Program Associate to join our programs team, responsible for supporting a 12 month initiative designed to empower early-stage tech entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia. The program provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and access to international networks, equipping founders with essential skills for building scalable technology ventures. The program includes a local bootcamp, an international incubation phase, and ongoing sustainability support to ensure continued growth and market success. 


This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to build strong relationships with mentors, partners, and participants while keeping everyone informed and engaged. You will drive program improvement by collecting feedback, identifying solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of all activities. With a focus on organization, you'll manage schedules, events, and resources, supporting outreach efforts to promote the program. You’ll also proactively solve challenges to keep the program on track and within budget.


Your Responsibilities


  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, including mentors, partners, and participants.


  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to keep them engaged and informed about program activities and updates.


  • Collect and analyze feedback from mentors, partners, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the program.


  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for program improvement and implementing innovative solutions 


  • Maintain a detailed schedule of program activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget


  • Coordinate logistics for program events, including venue bookings, catering, and travel arrangements as needed.


  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of program materials and resources.


  • Support the Program Manager in outreach activities to promote the program and attract potential participants and partners.


  • Anticipate and address potential challenges or issues that may arise during program implementation, taking proactive steps to resolve them


Your Profile
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including mentors, partners, and participants.


  • Proficient in keeping stakeholders informed and engaged through regular updates and clear communication.


  • Experienced in collecting and analyzing feedback to identify areas for program improvement.


  • Strong ability to manage schedules, events, and resources, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.


  • Proactively anticipates challenges and implements innovative solutions to keep the program on track.



  • Coordination/Project Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years


  • Experience in Saudi Arabia: Required, with an understanding of local market dynamics and business practices.


  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication skills in each language.


  • STEM Background: Educational or professional background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) fields, ensuring a solid foundation for technical project oversight.
