The Position
As a Rare Disease Senior Product Manager, you will be developing overall marketing strategies and tactical plans for the Haemophilia & Rare blood disorder market. In addition, you will be managing the product life cycle, and drive execution of marketing strategies.

Qualifications
As a Rare Disease Senior Product Manager, you need to have a good understanding of the Saudi market. Nevertheless, you will be collaborating with our colleagues in Sales, Medical, and Market Access to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
To be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharma or Medical degree; Postgraduate or master’s degree in marketing is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing within the pharma industry in a multinational organization
• good understanding of the Saudi market and having in-depth analysis for market dynamics.
• Experience in Haematology, Oncology, or Rare Diseases is a huge plus
• Solid knowledge of delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders

The Rare Disease Business Unit in Saudi consists of a highly motivated, energetic, and focused team who is passionate about providing a better quality of life to patients. Rare Disease Portfolio is divided into the Rare Endocrine Disorders and the Rare Blood Disorders. We aspire to launch innovative medications for patients who live with Haemophilia in the future.
