The project: 


This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

  • Engagement with PMC’s and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project is as planned.
  • Regular site visits to check real time progress on projects.
  • Reviews PMC’s schedules and quality assurance.
  • Monitor progress against existing baselines and provide reports on progress and potential delays.
  • Assess programme narratives and programme baselines.
  • Ability to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • Reviews the PMO planning procedures to ensure the PMCs align with the procedures.
  • Review and assess mitigation schedules and provide and independent view on them.
  • Manage and report on interfaces within the programmes as required.
  • Manage project performance, recording trends and developing mitigation measures where required.
  • Review the dashboards to ensure the information reflected is accurate and representative of the facts.
  • Prepare and update report monthly on planning related matters impacting on progress.
  • Prepare updates for reports to senior management.
  • Manage PMC meetings and communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally as required.
  • Collaborate with the data, commercial and project controls team to ensure information is interpreted and released within the appropriate timescales.

You’ll need to have:


  • Strong management skills and talent development.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with the client and other project stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Significant experience in the use of planning techniques in a range of multi-disciplinary sectors.
  • Ideally degree educated, preferably in a construction/ engineering discipline (or equivalent).

You’ll also have:


  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • University degree or similar or valuable experience in the construction field.
  • Certifications in PMP or similar or good experience in project management environments.
