Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and optimization, with a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to ensure our applications and systems perform optimally under varying loads and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases for various applications and systems.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to implement optimizations.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance assessments.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are understood and met.
• Provide guidance and best practices for performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance engineering and testing.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for performance testing processes, results, and optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in performance engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or similar.
• Solid understanding of programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Shell scripting).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
