Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance employee performance and company growth.
• Design and lead change management initiatives to support business transformation.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements in structure, processes, and culture.
• Develop and execute learning and development programs that align with business objectives.
• Implement performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Lead initiatives related to leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Conduct organizational assessments and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure alignment with company goals.Track and measure the effectiveness of OD and learning programs through key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree HR or related.
• 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
• Strong expertise in OD principles, change management, and leadership development.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of employee engagement, competency frameworks, and talent development.
• Ability to analyze HR data and workforce trends to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
